Hereby, we inform you that within the measures adopted both nationally and internationally, aimed at protecting the health and safety of all citizens as well as containing the progression of the disease and strengthen the public health system, the Government of the Kingdom of Spain in Council of Ministers has anounced the state of alarm throughout the national territory and for an initial period of 15 days from yesterday.

The state of alarm limits the freedoms of individuals and companies, prohibiting the opening of businesses and restricting the movement of people who may only circulate on public roads in cases of need. These measures are aimed at slowing down the spread of the COVID-19 virus and promoting the closure of people.

It is the desire of Durlet Apartments to apply the maximum security measures to protect both our clients and our employees, as well as helping to stop the spread of the virus and, therefore, respect the movement and circulation limitations adopted by the authorities. 

Based on the foregoing, we inform you that we are obliged not to accept more guest entries in our establishment from today and as long as the extraordinary measures approved remain in place.
